Shipping Policy

​At Sognoes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within Australia. We also offer international shipping at competitive rates. We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient shipping methods, and we aim to have your order delivered to you in timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Please note that our standard processing time for orders is between 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Custom orders might take longer depending on the request. 

Return & Refund Policy

General Conditions

  • All sales are final unless covered under the conditions listed in this return policy.

  • Returns are only accepted within 3 calendar days from the date the buyer receives the item, as verified by the delivery tracking system.

  • Pre-dispatch inspection photos are recorded and archived for every order, ensuring the shipped item’s condition can be verified.

  • Any request falling outside of these conditions will be declined.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • A return will only be accepted if the item:

    • Arrives damaged in transit (with visible evidence upon delivery).

    • Is faulty, defective, or not as described in the product listing.

    • Is significantly different in fitment from the confirmed specifications provided at the time of sale.

  • Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

    • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect ordering by the buyer.

    • Compatibility issues where the buyer failed to confirm fitment before purchase.

    • Claims made after the 3-day return period.

Return Procedure

  • All return requests must be submitted in writing within the 3-day window, including photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation included.

  • Items returned showing signs of installation, modification, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.

Verification and Inspection

  • Returned products will be inspected and compared against pre-dispatch condition photos taken before shipping.

  • Refunds will only be processed after this inspection confirms that the returned product matches the original shipped product and claim.

  • If the item shows evidence of use, installation, alteration, or damage caused by the buyer, the refund will be declined and the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs if they wish to receive the item back.

Shipping and Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and any related transaction costs are non-refundable.

  • Buyers are advised to use tracked and insured postage when sending returns. The business will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Terms

  • Approved refunds will only cover the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping/handling charges.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

  • In cases of warranty claims or defects, replacements may be offered instead of refunds, at the sole discretion of the business.

Exempt and Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, special orders, and clearance items are strictly non-returnable.

  • Electrical or electronic automotive parts are non-returnable due to testing and installation liability, unless they were faulty from the manufacturer. 

Fraud Prevention and Abuse

  • Any fraudulent claims, false damage reports, or return of non-original/different products will be documented and escalated to the payment provider and relevant authorities.

  • Repeat or abusive return requests may result in permanent refusal of future sales.
